The OneWorld South Asia center in India has focused on facilitating ICT-assisted communication for the benefit of the marginalised; developing information services and products; and building ICT capacities to accelerate realisation of MDGs and going forward SDGs. This has been achieved through a wide range of activities, including a telephone and internet-based helpline service for farmers, community radio, supporting local content exchange by communities, providing web development support, organizing knowledge sharing events etc. OneWorld South Asia is particularly focussed on community radio, livelihood, agriculture, education, social justice, environment, disaster management, tribals, e-governance, health, water and sanitation, women's empowerment, CSR etc. Besides, the OneWorld South Asia (OWSA) portal is a popular development content resource on social and sustainable development issues.
